About Me

I'm Kristi, a former professional dancer turned content strategist for alternative healthcare.

For five years, I was bedridden with complex chronic illness. I was diagnosed with POTS and ME/CFS and told, in many ways, that there was nothing more conventional medicine could offer me. After exhausting traditional routes, I sought care in functional neurology and that's where my recovery began.

That experience changed the trajectory of my life. I saw firsthand how life-saving alternative and integrative medicine can be and how misunderstood it still is. Brilliant practitioners are doing extraordinary work, yet many struggle to communicate their expertise in a way that builds trust, attracts patients, and withstands skepticism. And I want to help change that.

Before illness reshaped my world, I built a career in elite dance. I earned my BFA from Montclair State University and went on to become one of the most recognized young choreographers and educators in New Jersey. I founded my own dance company in 2021 and received honors including America's Dancer of the Year and national choreography fellowships.

Dance taught me how to tell a story without wasting a single movement and now I apply that same discipline to content creation. I approach content strategy the way I approach choreography, with structure, intention, emotional arc, and precision. And today, I help alternative and integrative healthcare practitioners translate complex, advanced clinical concepts into clear, compelling social media content that attracts aligned patients and elevates their authority.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me hiking, volunteering with shelter animals, experimenting with healthy recipes, doing somatic dance movement, or sitting in front of my red light therapy panel. Healing is still part of my life, and it's part of why I care so deeply about the work I do.

Because when life-changing medicine is misunderstood, patients suffer. And I'm here to make sure the right voices are heard.
