The Keiser Clinic is a specialty Chiropractic clinic that charges nearly $1,500 per day for its intensive-based clinical model. Patients fly in from all over the world while typically staying 3+ weeks for hands-on, specialized care. The clinic's main TikTok page was averaging 200-1,000 views per video before I began to implement my micro pages funnel strategy.
The clinic treats many different conditions, and all of that content lived on a single TikTok page. The topics changed every post, so the algorithm couldn't figure out who to push the videos to. Most videos were averaging 200-1,000 views. This is common with wellness accounts that speak to a wide variety of symptoms, conditions, or patient types.
Instead of posting about everything the clinic treats from one page, we implemented the Micro Pages strategy where we build separate pages focused entirely on one audience at a time. Every video speaks to that audience with that problem. The algorithm learns exactly what the page is about because the video posted today is the same subject matter as the video posted 15 videos from now. That consistency is how it learns to serve the content to the right people.
I embedded in the audience's communities, groups, and forums. I learned the language they use, the questions they ask, and the problems they carry. That research shaped every content decision: the hooks, the topics, the sequencing, and the language.
The clinic's clinical expertise is the value, but you can't lead with it. The hook has to meet the patient where they are, using the language they already use, making them feel seen, and debunking a myth they've been carrying. Once you do that, you've earned their attention, and now the complex clinical language lands because they trust you enough to listen.
The Keiser Clinic had recently rebuilt their website and launched a lead magnet. The first micro-page became the engine that drove traffic to both. The clinic hired two additional doctors specifically to handle free discovery consultations as call volume increased 2-3x during this period. This was from one micro-page, for one condition, targeting one audience.
The Keiser Clinic's wait list went from a consistent 4-6 weeks to over 6 months and growing, within the first few months of the micro-pages strategy being implemented.
The micro-page funneled traffic to a single entry point: a lead magnet built specifically for this audience. Before the micro-page, this email list didn't exist. Within 15 weeks, it grew to over 5,000 patients being nurtured through one clear path.
